All content, code, and materials developed or used in the delivery of our IT services, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and documents, are the property of Infinity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission. Custom software developed for you may be subject to additional intellectual property agreements as outlined in your contract.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our IT services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in relation to IT security or privacy
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including proprietary software
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Transmitting harmful or malicious software
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services, including any unauthorized access or breaches

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems and/or any personal or corporate information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or malicious code that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party
• Any errors, omissions, or issues related to software or technical performance

You agree to indemnify and hold Infinity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our IT services, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Dispute Resolution
